SVS Security Services (“SVS”, “we”) is a security services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our contact channels, how we use it and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the data-protection laws of the UAE.
What we collect
- Enquiries — when you use an enquiry form, call, WhatsApp or email us: your name, email address, phone number, company, the service you are interested in and the details of your request.
- Job applications — when you apply for a role: your name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your message and any CV or certificates you send, which may include your work history, qualifications, nationality and visa status.
- Technical data — this website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google and may set cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a security proposal or quote.
- To consider you for roles with SVS, contact you about suitable openings and manage the onboarding and employment process if you join us.
- To meet our legal obligations, including UAE labour, immigration and security-industry requirements.
- To keep records of our business relationship and improve our services.
We rely on your consent when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in running our business and on our legal obligations once a relationship exists. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
- Authorities — where the law requires it, for example licensing, labour and immigration processing.
- Service providers — companies that host our systems and email on our behalf, under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for marketing by third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to handle the request and keep a record of the correspondence. Job applications stay on file so that we can contact you about future roles; we review them periodically, remove profiles that are out of date, and remove yours at any time on request. Employment records are kept for the periods required by UAE law.
How we protect it
Personal data is stored on access-controlled systems and is available only to the staff who need it for the purposes above. Forms on this website are submitted over an encrypted connection.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email asif.muhammad4909@gmail.com or write to our office (address below). We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to confirm your identity first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed; significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
